PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
1. This kitten is being sold as a pet. Seller warrants that this cat/kitten is presented in good health. Seller guarantees the general health of this cat/kitten for a period of 10 days of receipt on the condition that it is properly cared for and quarantined. Seller cannot guarantee stress induced illness such as URI or direahea. Seller recommends that that purchaser takes this cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of receipt for their own satisfaction of health.
If during this time period Seller is notified of a health problem, which is proved to have existed at time of sale, seller will refund purchase price or replace
said cat/kitten (of equal value) upon receipt of cat/kitten, any papers provided
(i.e. registration, pedigree) and a veterinarians written statement of existing
health problem. Seller DOES NOT accept the responsibility of any vet bills.
If kitten is to be found ill or die from any congenital defect with in one year of purchase seller will replace kitten with one of equal value
Should kitten die at any time when this guarantee is in force an autopsy is required at purchasers expense and results given to seller in writing from the veterinarian who preformed autopsy.
3. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will be altered before 8 months of age if not already so done.
4. Purchaser must provide seller with proof of alter in order to receive registration papers.
5. Purchaser agrees to care for this cat/kitten by providing proper nutrition and yearly veterinarian exams.
7. Purchaser agrees to keep breeders name and phone number on file along with documents pertaining to estate matters in the event of sudden death. Even if a family member plans on taking over guardianship, please have them notify the breeder so she may make note in her records accordingly. NEVER is this cat/kitten to be placed in a shelter/rescue center. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will never be given away or sold with out prior consent to TROJEN BRITS.
8. Purchaser agrees that any violation of this contract may result in the surrender
of said cat/kitten, any registration papers/pedigree papers, to expect no reimbursement of purchase price,deposit or expenses incurred. Purchaser agrees that any court/legal action will be filed/held in Barnes County, ND and will assume responsibility of court c
